Strata Medical is a professional first aid training organisation that specialises in providing high quality off-the-shelf and bespoke training courses. Strata Medical aims to provide courses ranging from basic workplace first aid to advanced wilderness first aid.
At Strata Medical we pride ourselves in our high quality of instruction. We aim to provide tailor-made courses that meet the needs of the client whatever their operating environment. The courses use a modular training structure that is both highly adaptable and incorporates practical hands-on scenarios to ensure effective learning and retention of skill.
Some of our courses are provided under the Rescue Emergency Care (REC) scheme, which include the HSE recognised Emergency First Aid at Work and First Aid at Work courses.
Our first aid courses are particularly suitable for those people who live, work or play in rural or remote areas.
Strata Medical is based near Llanwrtyd Wells, Mid Wales which allows easy access into the Cambrian Mountains.
Strata Medical open first aid courses are often based in the Llanwrtyd Wells area, and also in various locations around the Brecon Beacons. Bespoke courses can be delivered in any venue in the UK or overseas.
First Aid is a skill for life, and at Strata Medical we aim to pass on knowledge and skills in an effective, fun learning environment.
