Payments can be made by cash / cheque or by BACS

Terms and conditions

If you cancel at least 28 days before the course you will be entitled to a full refund

If you cancel between 14 and 27 days before the course you will be entitled a 75% refund

If you cancel between 7 and 13 days before the course you will be entitled to a 50% refund

If cancellation is received within 7 days no refund will be issued

A minimum number of people are required for the course to go ahead.  In the unlikely event that the course is cancelled due to lack of bookings, you will be informed at least 2 weeks before the course and given a full refund.

Your personal information will only be used to contact you regarding the course you attend and also to remind you when your certificate expires in 3 year’s time.  This information will not be passed on to anyone else.

COVID-19:  If the reason for non-attendance is related to COVID-19 then discussions will be had with the client and Strata Medical with regards to refunds or transferring a place on to a future course and a suitable arrangement will be made.
